If there is a fault with your product within 28 days of purchase we will normally offer you
the choice of an exchange or refund. If the fault occurs aftyer 28 days, we will offer a
prompt repair, exchange. Manufacturer warranty upto 3 years dependant on product.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:- in otherwise in 'as-new'
condition complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible,
the original box and packaging).

Kingdom. If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us after you return to the
UK.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and
tear.

Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery
charges, where the product has been returned by delivery through postal, courier etc and
not in person not exceeding the amount of ? 7.50

Industrial Webs Ltd refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about
refunds:

When you send your item back to us, Industrial Webs Ltd will process the returned item then
notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase within four weeks of our receiving your return.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase
of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This
applies to all of our products except for Consultancy Services. Industrial Webs Ltd regrets
that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of bespoke software
without prior notice of 14 days.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please give the
reason for the return as " I wish to withdraw from the purchase contract". Please package

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, Industrial Webs Ltd recommends that you use a recorded-delivery
service if the value of the return is more than 15 GBP.

As soon as Industrial Webs Ltd receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will
refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's
normal postage charge.Industrial Webs Ltd will not refund any priority, express or courier
component of the postage charge.

2. Shipping/Delivery Policy

Industrial Webs Ltd uses various different couriers to arrange our deliveries for our
customers, and this is dependant on items, weight and values.

When we send goods directly from our supplier/manufacturer which is something we do
occasionally, then the delivery company used will be the one used by the
supplier/manufacturer in question.

Note that very small value items are often sent by normal Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

Please also note that we cannot guarantee the use of any particular carrier/delivery
company.

Delivery Dates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched from our warehouse and
or other 3rd party suppliers. Estimated dispatch dates are based on several factors,
including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for
dispatch and whether you have requested that we group your items into as few deliveries as
possible.

Our estimated dispatch dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an
item that has not been dispatched by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within
our delivery estimate.

Industrial Webs Ltd calculates delivery estimates by taking our estimated delivery dates
and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our warehouse to your destination
address.

Sometimes Industrial Webs Ltd updates the delivery estimates based on the most recent
information we have.

General Restrictions

Items bought from IndustrialWebs.com can be delivered to the United Kingdom [England,
Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the islands - Isle of Man etc and the Channel
Islands,Jersey and Guernsey], Europe & Rest of the world.

Large electrical items

Large electrical items such as computer displays (plasma, LCD or otherwise) that exceed a
certain size restriction can only be delivered to mainland UK & Northern and Southern
Ireland. Where Industrial Webs Limited can only dispatch an item to mainland UK, this will
be indicated on the item's product information page.

Priority (Next Day) Delivery
Priority (Next Day) Delivery is available for most of the UK (including Northern Ireland).
PO Boxes are also excluded.
Multiple Address Delivery
Multiple Address Delivery is unavailable at this present time.

considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know

personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty.
